Depositing

MUFEX provides two deposit methods for different user's scenarios.

Transfer Mode

1. Choose the network you want to make the deposit.

2. Input the amount

   1. The amount must be less than the balance in your wallet.

   2. The amount must be greater than the minimum deposit amount.

3. Click the "Transfer" button.

4. Sign "transfer transaction" in pop-up window or MetaMask window.

Transfer mode supports multiple chains, but the amount must be greater than the minimum deposit amount.

Deposit from other wallets or platforms

1. Choose the network you want to make the deposit.

2. Click "From other wallet"

3. Copy "address"

4. Go to another platform or open another wallet

5. Withdraw USDT from another platform to this address on the same network you chose before.

6. Or transfer USDT from another wallet to this address on the same network you chose before.

The amount must be greater than the minimum deposit amount.

Withdrawing

1. Choose the network you want to make the deposit.

2. Input address where you want to receive the fund.

3. Input the amount which must be less than the available balance in the trading account.

4. Click the "Withdraw" button

5. You will receive the funds immediately via fast Withdrawal service.

MUFEX will support Normal Withdrawal in the future.

It can be used when Fast Withdrawal Service is not available.
