1. Why is my cryptocurrency deposit not showing as credited to MUFEX?

Hello, the transfer of blockchain assets involves three steps:

Sender's withdrawal β†’ Blockchain confirmation β†’ Credit to MUFEX account

First Step: The transfer is successful once the withdrawal status on the withdrawing platform shows "Completed" or "Successful," indicating the transfer has been successfully sent to the blockchain. However, this does not mean the funds are already credited on the receiving platform.

Second Step: The transaction must complete the necessary blockchain confirmations. Occasionally, due to a high volume of transactions, the blockchain may experience unpredictable congestion, affecting the timing of the transfer. This can delay the digital assets from being confirmed.

Third Step: Once confirmed on the blockchain, we will promptly credit the funds to your account. You can check the specific progress of the transfer using the Transaction ID (TXID).

Different blockchains have different characteristics, and each transfer requires a specific time to be confirmed and sent to the receiving platform. The number of confirmations needed varies by blockchain.

If your deposit funds have not been credited, please follow these steps for verification:

  1. If the blockchain shows the transaction as unconfirmed and the number of confirmations has not reached the required threshold for crediting to MUFEX, please be patient. Once confirmed by the blockchain, MUFEX will credit your account.

  2. If the blockchain shows unconfirmed, but the number of confirmations has reached the required threshold for MUFEX, please contact our online customer service, provide your registered UID, deposit address, deposit screenshot, withdrawal success screenshot from the sending platform, and Transaction ID (TXID) to support@mufex.finance, and we will further verify for you.

  3. If the blockchain shows as confirmed, but the funds have not been credited, you can contact our online customer service, provide your registered UID, deposit address, deposit screenshot, withdrawal success screenshot from the sending platform, and Transaction ID (TXID) to support@mufex.finance, and we will further assist you.

2. How to check the progress of your deposit?

Log in to the blockchain network and enter the TXID to view the detailed progress of your deposit.
